Ordering Process

You can design your yard sign online using our online designer, upload your own print ready artwork files or work with one of our graphic designers to create a custom yard sign.

Production Times

Once your order is approved and payment is received, standard production time is 2-3 business days. Large quantity orders and large yard sign orders may require more time in production. After your yard sign is finished with production, it will be shipped via UPS.

Rush services are not available on yard signs.

**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.

Payment Information

All yard signs must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Yard Sign Material

Lawn signs are made out of a high quality 4mm corrugated plastic, which is sometimes referred to as "plastic cardboard" because of the hollow "flutes" on the inside of the material. You can display the lawn signs outdoors by inserting H Stakes or Beefy Stakes into the flutes so they are displayed upright. The lawn signs are a great form of temporary outdoor advertising as the material is lightweight, plastic and waterproof.

*All coroplast signs will be cut 1/8th of an inch on each side to allow for finishing.

Artwork Guidelines

Files that print the best are .eps or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) converted to outline. We can also print high-resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. If you don’t have access to or are unsure if you have a high-resolution file, our professional graphic designers will be happy to assist you. 

Order Proofs

If you are looking to be able to give your order one last look and make sure all the information and images are correct, requesting an order proof will allow you that benefit. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order including pricing, and your billing and shipping information. Please note if you receive a proof, you will need to email or call back your customer service representative with approval before your order will go into production.

Color Match Proof System

If your project is color critical, we highly recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. Shipping

This item is produced in our Minnesota facility ONLY. 

Once your lawn sign is printed and finished, it will be placed into a shipping box and shipped via UPS. If you need an alternate shipping method, please specify when you place your order, otherwise you will receive your order via UPS Ground. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact Customer Service at (320) 965-9200 prior to ordering.

How To's

Yard Sign Installation

Once you receive your lawn signs, you can easily display them outdoors with H Stakes or Beefy Stakes. All you need to do is push the stakes into the ground and place the lawn sign onto the stakes. The lawn sign has flutes to accommodate the stakes.

Yard Sign Care

Lawn signs are made of plastic, which means they can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth. Store your lawn signs in a cool, dry room when they are not in use. To prevent bending, don't stack anything heavy on top of the signs.
